Therapeutic Yoga

In February of 2025, we partnered with Katie Arnold Yoga and NAMI of McHenry County to offer Slow Flow Yoga. It was a gift to have Katie Arnold guide us through Yoga and Meditation that was grounding and peaceful. We were glad to collaborate with NAMI of McHenry County and to support their mission of improving the quality of life for those whose lives are impacted by Mental Illness. Keep your eyes open for similar events coming in the future!
