My name is Lora and I am a co-owner of Hope & Healing Therapy. I am a trauma specialist who helps to train other therapists to treat highly traumatized people. Since 2009, I have been a full-time clinician, focusing on developing my primary specialty of helping people recover from Complex PTSD and Dissociative Disorders. I believe that each human being comes into this world worthy of being loved, nurtured, respected, and welcomed into a family and into the larger community.

My name is Lauren, I am neurodiversity-affirming Occupational Therapist with advanced practice in executive functioning, social skills, mental health, and sensory integration. I have been practicing for the last 9 years in both behavioral health and outpatient pediatric services with a focus in the 11 and older population. I am experienced with working with a variety of diagnoses such as ADHD, Autism, OCD and Anxiety. From childhood through older adulthood, with individuals and couples, I accompany people as they explore life’s questions, worries, stresses, grief, trauma, joy, and even ordinary moments. My specialties including relationships (including Couples Counseling), trauma recovery (including but not limited to religious trauma or “church hurt”), chronic illness, and support people through life’s transitions.
